Title

Title should reflect the content of the XIP.

Summary

A high-level summary of what is included in the proposal. The summary may be a paragraph, or a bulleted list.

Purpose

This section should describe the reasoning behind the XIP and why it is being submitted.

Technical Specifications

In this section the author should describe the change, or XIP at a technical level if required. The specification should be detailed enough to allow for implementation by a development team.

Implications

The XIP must contain a section that highlights the security, governance and ecosystem implications of the proposal if any.
